1. Primary responsibility - Must have strong conceptual skills, including design, layout, graphic & photo editing



2. At least 2 years experience with each of these:

XHTML
CSS
JavaScript
JQuery
Flash
Photoshop
Illustrator


3. The ability to slice & integrate Photoshop files into different content management systems such as WordPress and Joomla.



2. Populate websites

Populate Copy as per prepared word documents
Source stock photos
Maintain and manage creative files and database of creative for future reference and sharing

Create Forms, thank you pages, auto-responders
Integrate and populate any applicable modules: Picture Galleries, Shopping Carts, FAQ etc.


3. Social Media

Have an understanding of new and emerging trends such as social media, mobile applications, etc.

Create Facebook Fan Pages
Style Twitter account pages


4. Quality Control & Site Launch

Site looks and functions well in all browsers
Links all work
Forms all work – auto-responders, thank you pages
Set up and test all email accounts for client
Put new site in our online portfolio


5. Site Management

Create client email marketing newsletter campaigns
Basic HTML and Photoshop update to sites


6. Additional information:

Approximately 1-2 new website designs completed each week, plus maintenance requests on dozens of existing client’s sites
Research any new applicable tools
As needed, take on additional projects that support the team
Use online forums and manuals from CMS supplier and public resources to proactively problem solve
Willingness to be flexible to add these new duties
Enter and monitor external & internal support tickets
Log all time in & utilize Project Management System (Basecamp)
