• Should be able to conceptualize and ideate and come up with creative design solutions
• Good understanding of clients requirements - Ability to interpret creative brief - Using innovation to redefine a design brief

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment
• Maintain extremely high design and production standards as well as the ability to work under-pressure
• Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects
• Good understanding of technology/new market trends and techniques in designing and art industry
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work within a team environment, must know how to balance the optimization of own individual productivity with that of the team as a whole
Job Description:
• Clearly understand, apply, and communicate organizational brand identity with the highest standards assuring the brand continuity and design integrity is maintained
• Experience conducting Usability evolution and User Experience competitive analysis
• Experience on cross-browser compatibility issues
• Actively participate in creative development strategies and propose solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
• Provide comprehensive designs through wireframes, prototypes, or other appropriate methods for management approval using design and Web usability best practices
• Collaborate with Web Production and User Experience teams – including Content writers, Web developers, Information architects, and Business Analysts – to ensure the highest quality products and to check strategy alignment is maintained throughout the project(s).
• Self-driven and keep track of multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with management and customers
• Experience with design and/or development of mobile applications a plus
